Parking ticket from ocean appeal rejected

Hello, all caring good people that advise me, please should I borrow money to  pay or just ignore ?  I  am just fed up, but at the same time just scared of the court proceedings , will I be sent to jail or the debt collector will come inside my house to take my goods? I am just confused and scared.
I have not appeal to POPLA yet.

Have you read the newbies thread on here or bothered to read any replies?

These are invoices from an unregulated private parking company not the police, not an authority no one is going to jail, you do not have a debt, and debt collectors are powerless!

Stop getting this out of proportion and worrying that's what their silly games are  trying to do.

Calm down and take the advice on here, PPC's are really no better that the nasty call centres highlighted on Scam Interceptors, they have just hit on a way of scaring people into funding their Villas in the Algarve, and their next BMW EV at your expense, don't fall for it.

Putting together an appeal to POPLA showing dated photos of the lack of signage might be a starting point, (I have already given you "a starter for ten" with the two from GSV) but don't submit anything without showing it here first.

You don't pay these private PCNs. "Outrageous scam" is how MPs described the industry.

Things will be different in 2024 after the statutory Code of Practice, capped charges and proper appeals service exists.

Please can you provide clearer photos of the documents,  blanking out any personal details but including the date of parking and the date of the notice. 

Have you taken photos of the signs. Are they clear, positioned prominently? Does it say do not return within one hour. How do you know the ANPR camera has not recorded your second visit. Please give as many facts as possible so that folks on here can help. 

What does the college have to say on the issue. Do they advise students to park there.?

Because you never showed us your POPLA appeal before sending it!

That reply from them is incomplete.

You haven't shown us the dates of the NTK.

Those images are unreadable.

Did you include the important lack of signage in your appeal, you needed to throw everything at it not just one point.

You don't seem to have taken in any advice on here gone it alone and still not presenting any coherent information.

But what you need to do is dissect and rubbish their submission, e.g. if they sent the NTK out of time you need to point out that their evidence has not covered that point.

You would be silly to throw in the towel now what is the point?

I challenge it by saying the signs are obstructed and they were late in sending me NTK and it is not within the 14 days

It would have been more helpful if you told us what you actually put, surely more explanation than that, and the signage in the main is non existent as well as "obstructed", but you needed to prove that with dated photos, anyone can claim something but without evidence it won't be considered.

Had you shown us your submission on here first you would have been helped, you now need to destroy their evidence point by point, what they have said in that extract hasn't answered your late NTK point you must point that out.
