Have you read the newbies/FAQ thread? Have you tried Plan A?2

Their website says "Free car parking for up to 3 hours".
How long was your vehicle parked there?
What do the signs say about maximum parking time?1 -
Why would they let you overstay by two hours in a private car park "because you were at college" across the road do you think, or does the college have an agreement? However looking at the signage you could be forgiven for thinking their were any restrictions at all>1

Thanks for answering me, I do not think the college had an agreement, the advise is that , we can park for 4 hours , but I always go back every 3 hours to move car and re-park at another bay .
The issue is I have no money to pay, but can they take me to court and force me to pay.0 -

Fisherjim, do you think I might be forgiven , or is this sarcasm.?0 -

Yes they can take you to court if you don't pay.
No money? Sell the car.4 -

I was there for 3.15 hours at first, then went back to move the car round, and re-park again .
I would have run if I saw the £100.....
I will go and check tomorrow.0 -

Yes total time but I come in twice on that day.
The question is do I pay or just ignore?
What I have been reading on here is what gives me confidence to ask about it, that says
" do not pay, but do not ignore"0 -
If you actually left the car park then returned, then it's not a single parking event. Are you now telling us as fact that you left, drove out onto the public highway, then drove back in?
That's not the same as moving bays within the site.
And as for what to do: read the NEWBIES FAQS thread, top of the forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Fisherjim, do you think I might be forgiven , or is this sarcasm.?No that was not sarcasm, it was a factual statement, but you really are naive with parking rules and protocols, you are also dealing with a parking company that wants to now scam you out of cash.Everything is in the Newbies thread on here and you are now in a process where the PPC will be on your back for their ill gotten gains.Private parking comes under a contractual agreement they will claim you entered in to when you parked in that car park, their cameras say you were there over the time you agreed to park.If the time limit was four hours you had four hours on site time moving within the site means you are still being timed. If you left the site and came back, but the signs say no return with x hours they will still get you on that point. However all these terms and conditions must be against a Code of Practice from The British Parking Association which amongst other things states that signage must conform to their standards to form a contract. My comment about signage above and your statement that you didn't see any signs shows the signage is so bad you would probably not realise there were any restrictions hence contract at all.2
