You should get a text message about the dates when it will be paid.

Not always. For the payments last year i didn't have any text.
Same with me I didn't get one but on Thursday I got one. I'm guessing it's new to stop all the phone calls asking when will I get it👍

    I've had the text message-
But as far as I am aware it is sent out by the UC system. So you will only get it if you are on UC (and they have your mobile number of course).
  • No letters sent out for the previous payments, but got texts.
I got text even though I’m not entitled to the payment.

    Just had text.

Would be interesting to know if you get COL payment 3 working days later?

I'm thinking that the text signifies payment authorized

Not necessarily. The last two times, I got a message before the payment window, and didn't get a payment until at least two weeks later

Highly unlikely. I’ve known people receive the text a week before receiving payment.

There’s been many comments and threads where people have tried to work out a formula on who is paid first but known of them have been correct.
  • Is it showing up for an upcoming payment in anybodys banking app?

My bank doesn’t show incoming payments.
