I haven't received the warm home discount for a few years now and received a letter last week to ring some number in glasgow. I did yesterday and they said I do qualify and they will imform my energy provided. I don't know whats changed from last year

But it will definitely come in handy

They've lowered the threshold for what qualifies as a 'high energy cost' property

If you haven't received a letter by mid-January and you think you're eligible, then you can contact the Warm Home Discount helpline on 0800 030 9322. The deadline for this winter is 29 February 2024.

Do you know how they have lowered it, is there anywhere a comparison from last year?
As I'm wondering if they have correct the abnormalities I remember from last year, (a semi would get it, an end of  terrace didn't)

You could compare the Excel table from last year and this if you really wanted.

[For the 'abnormality' you'd have to compare semi and end terraces with exactly the same attributes, i.e. same age and size.]
