O2 prepaid £10 SIM with a Doro phone.

Got a prepaid £10 SIM with a Doro phone from O2.
The ad said 8GB SIM but pack I was given says 7GB. Will it actually be 8GB i.e. is it dynamically allocated?
I presume that this all (unlimited mins & texts plus the data) works for a month from when I start using it whenever this happens to be.
It is no use to me but can I give it to somebody else for use on another phone?

The SIM should be usable (I would assume) in any other handset that's not too old and incompatible.
