Easyjet Check In Error

I'm having difficulty checking in for my return flight, from Tunisia to Bristol in 3 weeks time. I'm using a PC rather than an app on a mobile. I've tried doing it via Edge. The Website shows an error message when I get to the last page of the check in pages. All my information is correct with no children flying. I've spoken to Easyjet who say just keep trying. I've booked with LoveHolidays who say the same. I've seen on the internet that this is a common problem when booking with a third party, any suggestions? Tunisia demand to see a paper ticket for the flight home.

Have you tried other browsers, or do you have access to any other devices? Does your reference to return flight suggest that you didn't have an issue with an outbound flight on the same booking?0

Hi
thanks for this, yes I've tried another browser on my pc. I've not got the app on my iphone...No issue with check in on the outbound flight, very odd.0 -
Have you checked that the flight hasn’t changed in any way ?0

Yes, there are no changes. Looking at the API page (which I've completed) it's asking for PI information again. When I go to add in API for the second time, the cells are blank, so it looks like that page isn't holding the API, a software engineer fix.

What does the error message say?
Are you using the Easyjet booking reference number and not the Love Holidays one? The Easyjet one starts with a 'K' and has 7 alpha numerical characters - e.g. K5RTY3A0 -
Hi, thanks, yes I'm using the Easyjet Booking Ref starting with a K. I would happily escalate the issue to Easyjet but I don't know who or how to contact them, other than the usual customer service and chat bott which have been hopeless.0

The error message is a long line of code.0

I don't think easyJet charge for airport check in?0

Download the app and try that. You won't even need to print the boarding passes unless you want to, as they will be held on your phone.0

The info on the EasyJet website says "If you're flying from an airport that doesn't currently accept mobile boarding passes, please check in online at www.easyJet.com and print out a paper boarding pass for your flight."
