Hi All,
sorry to revive this,
i have also received a similar form, however on mine it clearly states that I wasn’t displaying a permit. (This was for parking in my own designated residential space on the first day I moved into my property ) - This is technically correct that I didn’t display anything as I had no permit sent and had never been told I needed one. The management company (landowners) interest was not noted on the LEp1 form when I purchased the property, so they didn’t even know I lived in the property. (The sale shouldn’t have even happened without them knowing from my understanding). My solicitor said it was on the management company to have noticed themselves on the form. I have contacted the management company to try and have this dismissed but they refuse. Do I stand a chance of winning the appeal given that I technically wasn’t displaying a permit?0 -

You are not involved in any 'appeal'.
You have a court claim form which is dead easy to defend and this is fully covered in the second post of the NEWBIES FAQS thread.
Please read that FIRST. Please don't ask for a link. Read my signature below.
Then start your own thread AFTER reading the NEWBIES thread.
(No replies here please as this isn't your thread and continuing another discussion here is unfair to the thread starter).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
