Aviation ADR rules

I submitted a claim to the Aviation ADR scheme for a 17 hrs 23 mins delay returning to the UK with Turkish Airlines who are signed up to the scheme. My claim has been rejected because my delayed flight did not depart from the UK. I can't see anything on the Aviation ADR site saying they only deal with journeys departing…

I didn't hear from Turkish Airlines and submitted the email from TDGCA to TA as feedback on the website. Got a response saying they'd raised a cheque for me and give me a link to arrange a bank transfer and said alternatively I could be paid in cash at a Turkish Airlines office. I contacted my nearest TA who sent me a bank details form and I've now been paid so it was worth pursuing
