Hi we purchased a sofa and 2 chairs all button recliners with usb charging ports the sofa had an independant check done as it was faulty from the date of delivery the check was arranged by harveys and it was deemed unfixable and needed a replacement the whole frame was twisted (done by homeserve or something like that) then they went into administration we got passed from pillar to post recieved a letter stating that the administrators would be intouch and so we carried on paying off the the lot every month as didnt want to ruin credit score so we paid it off a while back now and we still havent heard anything cant even find out whos actually dealing with the whole harveys debacle as i think the administrators went into administration !! and now one of the chairs the back has snapped at the hinge for the recliner so i'd be grateful if anybody knew how to go about getting some money back for the worse decision ever as this cost a pretty penny . thank you

Information given by Martin Lewis at the time. The administrators were PwC so I doubt they went into administration.1
