This is the problem.
Companies don't tell you the name of the delivery company before you place an order
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -

I got a parcel today. I was sent an email advising me it would be delivered between 2.30 and 4.30. It arrived at 3.00 ish. The courier waited for me to get to the main door (I live in sheltered housing and it can take many occupants quite a while to get to the door). He wished me good afternoon, handed my parcel over and sent me off with a big smile. Pretty perfect service. It was Evri.I live in a rural part of the country, nearest department store is nearly 120 miles return. I buy virtually every non food item online and I’ve never had a problem with any delivery. Many of the firms I use also use Evri.As others have said, it seems to vary around the country.0
