If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Very true. It surprises me that JD Sports still use Evri for deliveries with the number of missing parcels I was told about. Presumably they can claim back from them the value of any lost items. JD could have sent me a replacement order but it had to be by the same delivery method and I didn't trust Evri to not steal that order either.

I got a parcel today.  I was sent an email advising me it would be delivered between 2.30 and 4.30.  It arrived at 3.00 ish.  The courier waited for me to get to the main door (I live in sheltered housing and it can take many occupants quite a while to get to the door).  He wished me good afternoon, handed my parcel over and sent me off with a big smile.  Pretty perfect service.  It was Evri.

I live in a rural part of the country, nearest department store is nearly 120 miles return.  I buy virtually every non food item online and I’ve never had a problem with any delivery.  Many of the firms I use also use Evri.

As others have said, it seems to vary around the country.
