What is the best way to check who owns the parking lot? Since it's not in my title plan
You can do a search from the map on the Land Registry website.

(we don't call them "parking lots" in the UK, by the way...)
unless being sold in a auction....!

Family member recently bought a flat with a parking space. We noted that the deeds didn't mention the parking spot and referred this back. It turned out that seller had bought the parking space at a later date and hadn't had all the legal work completed. Once this was done, and checked many times (!), the parking space is mentioned in the deeds but is unallocated, so the entitlement to a parking space is noted but not the actual space.
Make sure if where they live is in some parking company infested area they opt out of any parking scheme

@user1977, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the appropriate UK term for searching the parking slot on the land registry.

We call them "parking spaces" (as in your subject line). Not "slots" or "lots".

But I was meaning a map-based search, not by typing anything in.

If you want to post/DM the title number of the property, I'll have a look at map search to find out the garage title number for you.
