    Hello!

I think one main thing to do is put moisuriser/cream on your hands after each time you wash your hands, and before and after doing any work-its annoying to start with but you get used to doing it.

Im allergic to latex/rubber, so i personally use alternative gloves, but also if im washing up or at work (cleaning) i wear cotton gloves under the washing up gloves. And make sure ive put cream on before and after.

Ive had right problems, as i suffer from eczema so ive had deep cracks appearing after ive scratched the itchy patches! ouch! Ive tried various creams/lotions and steroids etc for the eczema. but aveeno, nivea night cream, and neutrogena hand and nail cream (in pot) are few of the good ones for me. The night creams are great with cotton gloves!

The creams with high content of water are rubbish, they dont do anything for my hands. Also some of the highly perfumed lotions irriate.

    keely.
