Another gripe is their non answering of phone calls
Im on 3 "sun" holidays this year in the uk,and 2 in spain,and i add the £5 bundles in the uk,and the £20 bundles when in spain.0 -
Got this same message yesterday when trying to ring Home phone and my brothers mobile, I have only had the Sim for less 3 weeks. Did find today when it finally answered after a few tries my Balance was £0.00 even though only made 2-3 calls less than 2 mins each, thought that was the issue so bought a top up from their online shop 6 hours ago. Balance still reports £0.00 on phone and still same message. What the hell are they playing at over there, Sent them a message on their system. It took them 4 days to port over my old number after me messaging them although they state will be 2 maximum.0
