Got Mine Fired up 17th October!
Today tested & getting 54 - 58 mbps!
Cost £20. Added anytime calls + £8. Phone

Plugs into Router & uses VOIP( Voice Iver Internet Protocol) . Also received free UPS So if the mains fails phone & Fall Pendant to Emergency Services still work! Vital!

I thought social tariffs were much slower than this?
This isnt aimed at the OP but I thought social tariffs were all about people being able to get online to do basic things on the web, a speed of 54/58 is going to be able to handle multiple HD streams at once, I wouldnt call it "basic".1 -
£28 is actually expensive, same speeds are £20 including calls with BT for example on their social tariff0

I'll be interested how your UPS works out, some only last a couple of hours and then need their batteries need replacing after about three years.
