Confusion switching from Plusnet to EE
I am on a 30 day rolling contract with Plusnet and thought it would be the same with EE. The order confirmation box on EE’s page says ‘one month’ sim. However, the free add-ons (Apple Music, Apple Arcade and Apple TV) all say ‘Only available for 12 month+ contracts’. Even when I tick to include all these add-ons, the order confirmation still says ‘one month sim’. Now I’m confused and don’t know what I’m signing up for. Does anyone understand this? Are they all 12 month contracts with EE?
