Lebara not ported properly

Hi All,
I am currently with Lebara from 2nd October and they have not portedy phone properly. I cant receive any phone calls or messages as per them Lyca have not send them the files.
I am in a massive trouble and stress anyone else in the same boat between Lyca and Lebara

I share your pain happened to me, customer services sorted but that was back in July2

Apparently, there are an awful lot of people in this situation. If the number was ported from Lyca, or the number was originally assigned to Lyca then there are massive delays.
It's outrageous.
There are people who've been waiting overt two weeks. I'm 'lucky' I've only been waiting 10 days.1
