Help regarding historic subsidence

Good evening,
in a bit of a mess currently over something I have only recently discovered. I bought a property around 9 years ago now and during the buying process there was no mention of any subsidence at the property by my conveyancing solicitor or by the vendors.
in a bit of a mess currently over something I have only recently discovered. I bought a property around 9 years ago now and during the buying process there was no mention of any subsidence at the property by my conveyancing solicitor or by the vendors.
Following completion of the sale we received a pack with the title documents etc for the property as our solicitor had no room to keep these and these were stored safely in a box.
Fast forward to the last week and a general query had me scanning through the title documents whereby I have found an old document stating repairs were made to the property following a claim for mining damage. This letter is not dated but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was from the 1970s or 1980s based on how old it looks and how it is written out. The repairs appear to be all in relation to cracked ceilings, some cracked tiles/floor tiles and some tidying up or external brickwork that had cracked. There was no mention of any structural work/underpinning being required. This document was never showed to me or mentioned by my solicitor when purchasing the property, had I been made aware of this I would not have proceeded with the purchase without further clarity.
What do I do next? I’ve lived here for 9 years now in complete ignorance of this fact as I was not aware of this documents existence. I have had no problems with subsidence since moving in and nothing that would lead me to believe the property is suffering from subsidence.

I’m at a complete loss as to where I turn to now, do I need to notify my insurance of this immediately? What about my mortgage company?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m at my wits end about what this means to me and my partner.

You literally do nothing.
Its historic move on:)
Are you in a former coal mining area?
If so thousands of properties in former coalfields were affected by subsidence which would have snow flake first time buyers running for the hills today. Back then it was very common.
Cracked walls. Cracked ceilings
So really it's not relevant0 -
Yes, former coal mining area but all searches etc came back with no cause for concern that we were made aware of.Grizebeck said:You literally do nothing.

I’ve been told that claims of this nature were commonplace in the county, my parents claimed similar for their property due to cracks etc.

Well a search wouldn't really show thatPieface123 said:

A mining report would show where shafts were and when mining but it wouldn't indicate where the tunnels ran to etc.
I've edited my post above. It really has no effect on you0 -
Thanks for the replies, much appreciated.Grizebeck said:

With regards to this though will I need to make my mortgage company and insurer aware or perhaps even change insurer? Can I lose my house if I tell my mortgage company and they say they would have never given me the money if they had known?I don’t even know when the letter was dated from so I couldn’t even give them a date to go from.0 -

It does however include details of claims for damage - but it only goes back to 1994.Grizebeck said:

Indeed it will show if the claim was for cash or repairs.user1977 said:

A previous house in Mansfield showed what had been claimed for.
House was sloped a ball would run down the front bedroom floor0
