Our flight from Barcelona to East Midlands was cancelled and we were offered another flight 24 hours later which we took. Trying to fill in the passenger rights claim form on Ryanair website, it asks for email address and PNR and then asks which flight I wish to claim compensation for. When I tick original flight it then comes up invalid booking details. Now stuck as what to do next. The holiday was booked through Last Minute . Com who say it is Ryanair we need to claim from

have Lastminute given you the email address that they used to make the booking? I suspect it is that email address that will be required to be recognised0
