Lycamobile 16 days without network access, Unable to get help or to Obtain the PAC

Good afternoon.
Since the 1st of October my Sim card stopped accessing the network (unable to do anything).
Called customers service (45min waiting each call) and managed to sim swap and transfer the number, now I have access to the network and *132# shows my number but still no incoming calls or possibility of sending text.
Left a bad feedback on trustpilot and got a responce 4 days ago

Wrote to that email, still no responce, called customer service ( think this is like the 10th time 40+ min waiting) and they cannot do anything as it's now in the hand of management and keeps on telling me that they will ad another note.

I've run out of ideas and I cannot reiceve calls from my friends family and business.

Anyone can advice on what to do? I just want my PAC and move to a serious business

Never done this myself, nor am I a customer of lycamobile, but this webpage may help:

Suggests amongst oher things, there is an email address. Obviously you don't want the PAC texted to you but sent by email. Though I don't know how you give them your account details in such a way they are satisfied it is the account holder asking for the PAC. The webpage also mentions an online portal. Do you have access to such a thing?

I also looked up how to complain to lycamobile and came across this:

which unfortunately gives the same email address as the address for getting a PAC.

If the first route(s) doesn't work, then I would put in a complaint.
Though by this stage I might be so fed up, tht I would just get a new number. But that is me.

You say your service stopped, is this related to porting a number to lyca?
Do you know which network the number originated on?
