Neighbours driveway higher than mine- Fence help

Why do you want a taller fence, it will only reduce yours and your neighbours light?

I guess you would want it on the other side too, seems pointless to me.

The fence looks like it's on their side, perhaps it's not. They will only get prying eyes when they are getting in/out of the car.
