Santander App. : Transactions not displaying

Has anyone else had a problem seeing transactions on the Santander UK app.

I can log in as usual and see my total, but the app then says 'we can't display your transactions right now. Please try again later.' It's been like this since early morning.

I can log in on the computer and see both the total and the transactions, so an App only problem.

Anyone else experiencing this problem on the iPhone App.

Working fine on Android, so maybe an iPhone app issue.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

If that doesn’t help, reinstall the app?

I had it on an Android phone about a week ago - just one account and it didn't persist for long - I could see everything fine when I logged back in shortly after.  So it's not iphone specific. I probably wouldn't have remembered it if you hadn't posted.

Tried rebooting the phone. No success. 

Deleted and reinstalled the app. 

Still no luck on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.  ☹️

Very odd. I am out of ideas then.

It’s working fine for me on both, a 13 Max Pro and a 15 Max Pro. Both running the iOS 17.1 Public Beta  though it should work fine on lower iOS levels, too

Really odd. 

I’m running the up to date IOS 17.0.3

I'm due to get interest added today on the Easy Access Saver, I think. 

I wonder could that be a reason for the absence of listed transactions. 

Maybe it’ll sort itself out. 

Until now, the app really has been faultless.

The above screen is still what I see after the account screen in the Santander App. 

It seems unable to show transactions.

Yes, that's what I saw a few days ago - it was also in the new EA saver too.  My monthiversary was yesterday and I actually expected the interest to appear today, but it was added somewhere around 11pm last night.

I was trying to check in the app what date I opened the account and the first transaction. I believe interest is due today or tomorrow. I’m not certain which. I hope the app. sorts itself out when the interest is paid.
