I will check one of my old statements for what you said about the balance. I know I signed up for it and I recall using the letter as proof for something else. What you said about the PPI account being operated separately makes sense. There were various calculations on the statements that I could’nt make sense of at the time. Thank you very much for your advice, I will take on board everything you’ve said.0
