    Really really confused here. Why can't you just use HDMI from the Chromebook out to the Clover, then HDMI from the Clover to the TV?

    I think that's what they are intending but don't have the language to explain it. 
  • Might be worth checking the EXACT PC/Chromebook model + viewing device/TV model to see what ports are available. 

    There are a lot of options available and for low refresh rate usage, most should work, but we need to know what devices are being used (not all chromebooks / PCs / TVs have the same ports).

    I suspect if this is Desktop PC to TV, then a cheap-ish GPU (e.g. GT1030 or RX5500) would be plenty and would do a dedicated HDMI output for the TV or to mini HDI with the right cable.

    USB2 is a little desperate, but still viable.
