I will let you guys know tomorrow. Do DWP visiting officers do full pip and esa reviews at home visits please0
-
No, the visiting officers will be asking some questions to collect information for the benefits you are receiving, so the benefit offices can make sure you are receiving correct entitlement. The visiting officers do not conduct the reviews themselves. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1

Thankyou everyone for taking the timeout to reply . The officer was from the visiting team . Showed me his ID and asked if it was ok for DWP to contact me via telephone to see if I am getting the correct benefits and entitlements . He said If I was in agreement they would send out a letter with a date and time. Although I have absolutely nothing to hide I do suffer from GAD and couldn't help but feel sick with worry . For future reference the officer said that the Visiting Team are the nice guys and if I were to receive a letter from them in the future it is,absolutely nothing to worry about .4
