Completing C1 Confirmation Form - limit to words?

This is what I'm trying to write in para 2. That I am
along with [my sister's name and address] the executors nominate of the said deceased [his full name and his otherwise known as name] conform to his will dated 1st March 2023 herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed as relative hereto and that I am the sister of the said deceased and the said [my sister's name] is the sister of the said deceased.
In the said will, the said [my name] is designed as residing at [my previous address] a former address.
Is this wording to much to enter into para 2?

There is a limit to the number of characters that can be entered in the box associated with para 2. In some cases it is necessary to supply the information in a paper apart. But in this case would it all fit in if it read as follows
along with [my sister's name and address] the executors nominate of the said deceased conform to his will dated 1st March 2023 herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed as relative hereto and that myself and the said [my sister's name] are sisters of the said deceased. In said will, I am designed as residing at [my previous address] a former address.
Presuming that as per other thread, deceased’s name and alternative name appears in para 1.

I'll try as you suggest, if not I'll add in a paper apart. As for alternative name, yes, that and his full the name as on the will appear in para 1.
Thank you buddy9.0 -
It still doesn't fit if I want to add the previous address bit so I'll attach it as a separate piece.
They have referred me to the Currie Book on Confirmation and I'm just waiting to hear if a local library has it. Apart from the re-wording in para 2 and the advice they gave about using all my brother's names when referred to, I can't see where I'm going wrong. I'm attaching a redacted version of the inventory in case I'm missing something there.

There must be some exceptionally long names and long addresses if you cannot insert my suggestion into the space provided!
To be frank the inventory does not follow the guidance and rejection is obvious. I suggest you read the C3 guidance rather than Currie on Confirmation. Court staff refer to Currie but do so as a cop-out rather than a helpful suggestion.
The inventory.
Inventory numbering seems wrong. You should number estate inventory items. For example there is no heritable property in Scotland yet it is numbered as item 1.
Not certain about the bank account details because redacted (as it should be). There are two cash totals shown therefore assume there are two accounts. The second redacted entry might suggest short on information.
The inventory is a statement of the estate at date of death. So a post death repayment would be more appropriately described as a refund due as a result of overpayment, and there is a shortage of information as to what it refers to. And it is not numbered.
The heading ‘real and personal estate’ for item numbered 3 is incorrect. This is moveable estate in Scotland and you already have that sub-heading. You have a later entry which includes ‘value estimated by the executor’ - you might include the same here.
You have included an entry for £1,500 for real and personal effects in England and Wales. A strange heading. You should include detail of what this refers to. And presumably it relates to personal estate in England and Wales.
The summary totals for confirmation at the bottom of the inventory need to be in the second column, not in the 4th column.
Based on my understanding the inventory should look something like this>

Once again, thank you for explaining my errors with the inventory and for your revisions.
As regards the personal estate in England - can I list the items together eg audio equipment, books and paintings, then put the estimated amount as a combined total or should I list them separately?
By the way, regretfully, we do have long names with each of us having two middle names plus my brother's 'otherwise' name.
I checked with the library and they don't have Currie - so that's out anyway.
I will make all the amendments and take it back to the Sheriff's Office and await the verdict.
I am most grateful to you for your help.0 -

I would think a general description would suffice.

But you do not need to put all the names in para 2, only the co-executor’s name is needed there.1 -
Thank you buddy9.
I'll write a general description for those things.
On para 2 - I did only put my sister's name and address in and wrote the paragraph as you suggested. But I still can't add the change of address bit which is most odd. I'm going to download a fresh form and start again.0 -
I've just downloaded a fresh form and was able to get everything into para 2. No idea why it didn't allow me before but at least it's there now.0

I am delighted to report that at the third attempt, we have received the Grant of Confirmation. It is such a relief. But I must thank this Forum for all the sharing, help and advice here - I know I would still be going back and forwards working in the dark had it not been for the Forum. A special mention and enormous thanks is sent to buddy9.0
