Are there photos of the alleged driver leaving the site or merely near the exit?
How do we know s/he was the driver. Do photos show them exiting the vehicle?
How is site defined? Is that the car park, the car park and the shops, is there an adjacent and similar looking car park?
The big issue is that unless the parking operative personally attends court to give evidence there are likely to be gaps in the evidence.4 -
'Leaving the site' is the latest money earner that a few PPCs are having a bit of a field day with. But few, if any, have dared take this to a court hearing, since that day in back in 2012!
