VCS - Leeds Bradford Airport - Charge notice appeal rejected

Hi,
Hoping I can get some advice from the all the experts on this great forum.
I received a Charge notice from Vehicle Control Services for: 46) Stopping in a zone where stopping is prohibited. I had just collected car from long stay car park and exited the barriers. I then stopped briefly for a few minutes at side of road beside the shuttle bus terminal. As a lot of people who are not from the area (I live in Scotland) would not know of the no stopping on red lines "scam". I had stopped to re-configure my sat- nav.
My car is a lease, so the original charge was addressed 'notice to keeper' and my lease company provided my details to VCS that I was the hirer. I then received the hirer charge to either pay usual £100 or £60 within 14 days, how nice of them. After looking through the forum I combined a couple of templates into one for my appeal quoting POFA, BPA, requesting POPLA appeals process and clearly stating that I was not the driver, but the Hirer and Registered Keeper.
I have received email with appeal being rejected -

Can they still pursue this with the assumption that I am the driver??
According to advice that I read, it is to avoid appealing IAS as they are a waste of time. They have also not offered POPLA appeals process. So do I now just wait for all the scaremongering/debt collecting letters and wait for court letter?

Can they still pursue this with the assumption that I am the driver??Ask them if they still wish to proceed with this line, because you are about to instruct Contestor Legal Services and acquire the assistance of Mr Jacob Yamba! Tell them you'll see them in court. Be robust, you're on solid ground! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I live in ScotlandThere will be no court claim. But do as Umkomaas advises above.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the advice guys. @Umkomaas, how should I contact them? I originally dealt with the appeal through myparkingcharge.co.uk, but now when I log in it would only allow me to pay for the charge or reveal the driver. Should I send a letter to them through the post? Contestor Legal Services sounds the business!0

Hit them as hard as you can, there's no comeback. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hi,
An update since my last post - so I have since received a few more demand for payment letters then a LBC attached:
This also came with reply forms to fill out financial details which I ignored. I did not respond to this letter. By the way, how do I tell if this is a 'real' LBC?
Then yesterday I received a letter from ELMS Legal:
Should there not be an actual claim letter instead of a letter from ELMS Legal asking for payment again? I am confused. @Coupon-mad, you suggested that because I stay in Scotland (my lease car is from down in Sheffield) there wouldn't be a court claim, even though the incident took place at Leeds Bradford airport?
I am looking for more advice please as to what my next stage of action should be. Thanks.0 -
Hi I didn't actually speak to Contestor Legal Services. I meant they look the business0
