Coop stopping accetance of Totum Card

My local Coop has said that Totum Card is no longer accepted by the Coop.
This is a potential massive financial shock.

As this is a money saving site I thought it would be worth mentioning that even with the 10% Totum discount you could save money buying elsewhere. It may depend on the Coop. My locals are no longer a part of the same network as the northern ones so I lost all my Coop points/discounts.

Apologies, I forgot to mention I spoke to Coop customer services and they confirmed it is being stopped. I put it on here in the hope Martin would speak to the Coop and ask them to reconsider, as so many students could be affected.0

The problem is that the Co-op isn't a single entity. Regions have their own organisation as Brie alludes to.0
