Port In
I ported in my number last week that should of been completed on Monday, my old network o2 has been cancelled and the number hasn’t transferred, it’s just a dead number. If I call it it just says number not recognised.
Called Lyca and she said it’s only 50% complete and they are having issues, can’t access my bank or anything without that number and one time passwords.

Terrible customer service, the woman didn’t care one bit.
Anyone had this problem before, should I just accept I’m not getting the number back?
