Plusnet 3G Switch Off Email

Just received email below from Plusnet Mobile so guess now need to start looking in earnest:

You will also be impacted by our upcoming 3G switch off that’s happening across the UK. Get ready and make the move today.

From January 2024, our 3G network will close across the UK. As you have a 4G plan, you will still be able to access 4G internet if you have a compatible 4G or 5G device. However, your Plusnet SIM does not support 4G Calling, which means you won’t be able to use the internet during a call, unless you are connected to WiFi. Your service will revert to the 2G network, when making calls and sending texts. We want to make sure you are ready for the 3G switch off and get great value, flexible mobile plans. Looking in earnest for what?
A new phone?
A SIM/service that supports 4G data and 4G calling at the same time?  (Do you need/use that --- e.g. data for Sat Nav while taking/making voice calls)?
