Hello

I'm looking for some help.

I got a PCN letter in a supermarket car park saying I was there for over 3 hours (photo of entering and exiting) which is not true. I'm now beyond the "allowable time" to get a discounted "fine"

Can somone help me with how to deal with this?

    It's not a "fine". Please read the Newbies/FAQ thread where all is revealed on what you should do.

    Plan A is to complaint to the landowner/managing agent/supermarket and also write to your MP asking them to intervene. Have you done that yet?

    Yes I've complained to the Supermarket.

    Tesco CEO. Repsonse generic, not much we can do but follow up with appeal to Horizon etc....

    Just checking  -  why is it not true  -  were two visits made, perhaps by two different drivers?

    Can you be a bit more specific? Are you saying that you were not there for the full period Are you saying that you left and returned but the middle images of you leaving and returning are missing?
