You are unhappy about this... understandably... but that doesn't mean the companies in question are doing anything wrong by committing to do things faster for customers than they are strictly required.I'm not unhappy about it at all. What I'm unhappy about is the confusing and apparently contradictory information provided about expected service standards, guarantees and compensation to consumers with respect to switching, examples of which I highlighted in my opening post.0
