Opening tap - tool

I've got the attached tap at my parent's house and essentially there's meant to be some kind of took you pop into the hole to take it off But we're not sure what that tool is called exactly? That way if we get the tool, it's cheaper than calling someone out to fix it

Well it fits.

I didn't bother with actually opening it, but I was like "it fits the hex thingy, and my dad can take it from there"
