Unless the Ts & Cs you agreed to have changed since I did it, you may obtain a P.A.C. (or not) from Lebara and go elsewhere at any time.

Lebara describe themselves as a payg provider. You can buy a 30 day bundle which will by default recur. You can stop the bundle renewing by sliding auto renew to off (but if you do this you will lose your intro offer if you want to turn it back on). You don't have to pac unless you want to give the number to another network.

Ok but when it goes to the £5.90 after the introduction offer when can you change your plan

You can change your plan at any time (although you won't get a refund on unused days/data). Just turn off autorenew and buy a different plan. Unless you have run out of data it is best to wait until your old plan runs out before buying a new plan.

"you’re not tied to a contract, which means that you can change or end your plan whenever you like."

    "
you’re not tied to our SIM deals for 12 months or more. Instead, you can use your plan for 30 days and then change it if you need more coverage."

Although they do offer some 12 month deals which look a lot like contracts to me.
