That dosnt really make sense. If you OP goes to lots of concerts as his post suggests then he must be able to buy tickets through the normal channels most of the time. Any private seller regularly selling tickets to the OP is not going to have spare tickets to sell at face value for all shows the OP wants to see. To have all these tickets available means they have been bought to resell and so will still be at inflated prices.

A private seller regularly selling concert tickets is simply a tout.
