Thanks - I've had a debt on the account for about 2 years which I've slowly been paying down. Eon has been trying increase payments radically using bad info which I have objected to. I still have a debt on the account albeit a low one. And our household income is well under what they suggest - but at no point have they ever asked about our income which makes me wonder if we should have raised this point much sooner.bristolleedsfan said:
