Had a text message from eon next about a winter support tariff giving 25% off standard prices and number to call.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Seems too good to be true!

I wonder what the eligibility criteria is?  Other than already being a customer.

The Eon forum post has been removed. Likely had thousands of calls
    Edit:  Post has reappeared :)
  • Well this seems very nice of Eon Next.

Let's watch them mess it up.
  • Hi yes I have gone onto this tariff which runs 1 October until end March. Already pay by dd and already have smart meter. As I automatically get the WHD they emailed me about it and I rang them. In phone call I was assured that in my case the exit fees (from my august fix) would NOT be implemented, ie early exit fees would be waived, but on checking my account online they have charged me early exit fees! So have just sent in my own readings and emailed them about the exit fees.
