Last-minute.com refund

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction or advise me of a possible way to solve a problem I have.
On May 27th I discovered that three tickets I had bought on a flight to menorca had been cancelled. This I discovered by chance when finding out when to check in.
I was offered different flights by the airline, but these were unsuitable, so I contacted last-minute for a refund.
They told me this would be fine, so I booked some more flights direct with another airline.
I was then told that they wouldn't give me a refund as the airline said no.
I told them the airline's terms stated that I should and after another week they said that they would in fact give me a refund but I would have to wait for the airline to refund them first.
After what seems like hundreds of emails and calls saying they were still waiting, I contacted the airline who told me they had paid the money on August 3rd.
Still, nothing has been offered to me from last minute. One person told me two weeks ago that they had the money and I would have to wait for an offer email. Then two days ago another person said they hadn't had the money yet.
I am aware that I will be deducted over £100 admin fee unless I accept vouchers, however I will never use their company again and will have to take the bullet.
Does anybody know of any direct numbers to last minute refund dept., or have any advice as to how I can resolve this in another way?
