After nearly 2 Months I have got my money back from Paypal.
The appeal was re-opened a few times due to Paypal not following their own procedures.
Using the FOS in my emails did help.
Would suggest to others - keep on persisting - Paypal will eventually give up and refund from their own pocket. After all they make millions from un-fair charging on sellers.0 -

I suspect it is the fact that refunding you cost £77. If the FOS open an investigation, it immediately costs PP £360 which they cannot claim back. Much cheaper to pay up and then no-one from the FOS gets to see what a mess they are making of their own financial guidelines.
