Yes, perhaps they have given up, but keep in mind that anyone/everyone has up to six years to start a court claim.1

Update:
They got back to me today. Please see the response below:
"Please find the attached document as requested. As your vehicle's registration was not entered, the vehicle was parked in breach of the terms and conditions. As such, you are liable for the PCN.
If you have any further issues or new questions that you would like us to assist you with, we kindly request that you use the contact options below to submit a new query."
On the attached there was no listing on my reg.
What would be the best option now?
Thanks,

The attached has a list of reg's but with the last 2 letter blacked out.
What would you suggest I do next?

Update:
Not has a court claim but a 'Letter of Claim'.
Basically says pay the money else it could become a County Court Claim.
Has a form to fill out which includes area for income so you can pay monthly.\
Also. I did contact the pub before all this. They suggested send them a bank statement to show you were at the pub and that should be it. That didn't work obviously. Called the pub again saying it hasn't worked, they said they would get back to me. Fingers crossed?
Do I still hold out until I get a CCC?0 -

Update.
After speaking with the manager from the pub. He's suggested this fine shouldn't stand, and sent an email to Britannia suggesting so.
I got confirmation today from Britannia saying the fine is cancelled.
Good news!
Thanks for all the advise!3 -
