We don't have TUI insurance, we opted for TUI Flex when booking which enables us to change or cancel before we go.twopenny said:Just keep in mind that TUI insurance don't cover all outings from the hotel or some activities they offer through their reps.Those activities, outings may be run by outsourced local companies. It's something they don't mention when 'selling' them from the hotel.Or if you are booking your own trips outside of the hotel.Check your policy with them and ask if you decide to do those. Also be sure you are covered by the policy you are taking out now.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world1
