I had a a relative who passed away a few weeks ago, we had assumed that his mobile phone was a non contract pay as you go phone as we found some top up cards in a wallet, we have now received a letter from EE saying they are the service provider and a sum of £22.30p is owed on the account (the letter was delivered to the deceased persons address), do I pay up or ignore?

Sorry for your loss.Don't ignore, it'll just create more work down the road,Call EE and tell them, if it is a contract then the way it used to work was, you'd take a copy of the death certificate into a store and they would contact a dept within EE to get the contract cancelled.0
