EDF overcharging.

I have checked the summaries of my EDF bills.
They have only paid me 5 of the 6 government refunds.
They then added the refunds that they have sent me to my bills.
I have been in contact with them for 3 weeks.
They are now ignoring my emails.
They quite openly reduced a refund of £388.71 which I was due, by £132 in respect of the 2 x £66 refunds that they sent me in Oct/Nov last year.
They didnt send me the Dec refund of £67.
They then, quite openly added the £201 Jan to March refunds to the following bill, making a £136 debit into a £337 debit.
I surely cant be the only person affected by this?

No, you're surely not the only person to misunderstand how the rebate was applied.

Have you double checked your bank account ? The refunds were sent to Bank.
The EDF statements are a little confusing - you need to look at every page.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
