Hey, they are still contacting me also. I have sent them two emails using the email address on their site. No reply to the first and the second one was returned to me. If following the links on their site, standing order is not an option, only payment over the telephone or via their website. Yesterday I actually followed the links and selected payment via website to see what happened as I thought perhaps they would email me and I could reply and explain it would be a standing order…I did receive another text today with a link to view correspondence but it wouldn’t accept my surname/DOB and now says the account is locked. Only Company I have had an issue with so far….0

they send you bills in the post, on the back it should give ways to pay, it should show their bank details to use a standing order.
your account number debt ref should be on front of the paper letters.
which will allow you to unlock their website

No it’s Westcot. Standing orders are in place, it’s just that they continue to contact almost daily urging you to get in touch to get a plan in place0

Just a little update on where I am at for anyone who is interest or who it may help:
Lendable - sold to Lantern. CCA request done and agreement received. Standing order set up and accepted.
Zopa - they haven't sold the debt. They defaulted and then accepted my payment plan. However, they continued to charge interest, so I emailed them asking them to stop. They said it is their policy to continue interest. I have cancelled the standing order this month. A little nervous to cancel again, but will see what happens.
RBS - debt not sold. Assigned to Wescot for collection. Standing order set up and accepted.
Halifax - sold to Cabot Financial. CCA request done and awaiting information.
MBNA - sold to Cabot Financial. CCA request done and awaiting information.
Fluid - sold to Cabot Financial. Assigned to Wescot for chasing (I think Cabot own Wescot from what I can see on Google). At first, I didn't realise the debt had been sold - I misread the letter as one of the above accounts. Wescot chased every single day, multiple times until I realised (after speaking to them and them saying Cabot don't accept payment plans without a budget). CCA request done and awaiting information.
Barclaycard - sold to PRA. CCA request done. Nothing received from PRA and then they started chasing me again. I emailed them to say I have done a CCA request and hadn't received anything back yet. I then received a letter with a 10% discount off (ignored) and an email to say the CCA information will follow. Not received anything yet.
My plan is to try and save as much as possible and be in a position where I can make offers. Not sure how this will work with 3 of my debts being with the same company Cabot. I imagine they would want one account paying in full and the others staying on payment plans, but not sure really.
The above obviously if I receive agreements after CCA requests.

You say Cabot won't accept a payment plan without a budget.
What do you think they will do if you set up a standing order? Do you think they will refuse the payment? If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
zopa, as it's defaulted, they can't add interest any more, doesn't matter if it's their policy to add interest
they can't add interest as your loan contract has defaulted with them, hence no more late fees, interest.
what exactly did they say, did they say it's registered as a default in your credit file now
is it still showing active or defaulted
in a post from sourcrates a while ago he explained

@grumplestiltskins that is my plan once/if CCA documentation received. I did set up a standing order for the Fluid one before I realised it was sold. Wescot still bombarded me, so I eventually called and said I had set up a standing order to which they said Cabot wouldn't accept without budget and that's why they kept chasing me.
@stu12345_2 my credit report says 'Account status - In default'. Zopa replied to me saying:
"Regarding your email, whilst on a plan contractual interest is still applied which is in line with our terms and conditions. However, charges wont be applied on your account whilst on the plan."0 -
Your mistake was phoning them, never do that they will tell you anything to get more money out of you.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0
