Thanks everyone. I was looking to book a through ticket.
Thanks for the tip off re. food and drinks! As its a 1020pm local time arrival I need to make sure I have time to grab some food enroute.
I check the BA website but previously did not spot the terminals listed.0 -
How bad /busy is it travelling through Heathrow over late December, as I might be returning either the 22nd or 28th Dec? thanks0

However, speed transiting through an airport will typically be driven by the level of resourcing at security, passport control, etc, i.e. when higher passenger volumes are expected then staffing should be rostered accordingly.1 -
I've been through Heathrow several times pre Christmas December and it wasn't that busy. I'd go so far as to say it's quieter than usual.Returning just after may be busier with people having to get back for work but it could also be quieter with people being away for the whole holiday period which would be more likely.
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
