I got my iPhone 15 today but I don't feel satisfied.

It's no different to my old iPhone 11 Pro which scraped for £63 as it was faulty. I spent £800 on this new iPhone and no difference. Slightly faster and better pictures (shows more of my imperfections) but if my old iPhone charging port didn't start going !!!!!! and not working after 4 years I wouldn't had to purchased a new phone. I think apple broke it my purpose. Lets see how long this stays on here?

Had a new battery popped into my iPhone 7 last week for £35 so another two years to be had out of it. Bought the phone second hand from Music Magpie in 2020 for £190 so its doing well for me so far.2

I recently broke my iphone screen so I'm betting it has another couple years left

OP, you say there's no difference but then list three differences! To those you can add more memory, different design, island instead of notch etc
But anyway, it's your choice whether to repair your four year old phone or buy a new one. Presumably part of that process will have been checking what was suitable for you.0 -
You could easily have got a newer iphone than the 11 Pro for a lot less money.Perhaps you would still not have been satisfied.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Buyers remorse. We’ve all been there. The ports do get dodgy on iPhones, first thing to try is to clean it out, carefully use a pin or a plastic tooth pick. Then vaccumn it with the crevice tool or use air compressor to blow it out. I used a Henry on my old phone and it worked a treat.Regarding the iPhone 7, that’s ok if you’re not using many features and apps as it is way out of date. I also wouldn’t do any online banking or putting any sensitive information on it. Apple may say they do security updates on older models but they are few and far between on models not running the latest OS.I’m still using an iPhone XS and I don’t see any advantage to upgrading while still on the latest OS. These can be had for around £200 now.2

My iPhone 11 Pro I had the charging port went bad and would not charge. Apart from that a very reliable phone. Had it 4 years.. Cost me £65 to fix in a local phone repair shop for Apple parts (supposedly) to fix the port. They fixed the phone port but they broke my speakers on my phone, no speaker or sounds when listening to phones calls and when I went back to shop he was worse customer service wise then before when he was overly nice. . Got a iPhone 15 now. Independent phone shots can be rubbish.ididgetwhereiamtoday said:I’m still using an iPhone XS and I don’t see any advantage to upgrading while still on the latest OS.
