Oh exciting, a new sofa. What kind have you gone for leather or fabric? Plain/patterned? 0% over 4 years sounds like a good option1

Happy new sofa! I’m loving being stretched out on mine this evening after my Xmas guests left today.
Ref. the M jabs - if you remember I started with a referral from you - your side effects sound horrendous! I’ve consistently lost 1-2lbs per week after I decided to stick on 5mg for as long as it was effective and it still is, I’ve lost 10kg/1.5 stone in 3 months which is half way to my target. I’ve had no bad side effects at all on 5mg, just mentioning it in case you try again in the future.2 -

I think a large part of the keeping going is never to have a large meal. You have used the jab to shrink your stomach so as long as you don't let it get used to much larger quantities again & avoid high calorie foods then you should continue to lose weight.

Sofa sounds lovely @Sarahwithlove I bet you can't wait to get it delivered. I've got a fabric one and my cat absolutely loves it, and loves to stretch out and claw it, luckily there's no damage yet. I'm not quite sure why he doesn't have the same affection for the huge cat scratching post I have at the side of the settee, but that's cats for you!1
