Hi all,
Thanks for the advice we have been receiving, it's been incredibly helpful.
Just here with a quick update - I received the "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track" questionnaire/form. I plan to fill this in over the weekend.
Is there anything I need to be aware of/do that isn't explicitly written/implied in this doc?

Hi all,
Just received the letter from Excel informing me of ELMS no longer representing them - as I believe was expected.
Looking pretty good.

Hi all, been a while!
This afternoon I received a letter from the court informing me that they had misplaced my Directions Questionnaire.
I still have the original one as I sent them a scanned version, so that's not an issue.
Was just wondering - is this a regular thing? Seems awfully negligent for legal/court docs to be lost.
Cheers1 -

Evening all,
Update for ya - eventually the court has gotten back to me telling me that they have received the missing documents. They actually ended up emailing me asking for more documents including the AoS even though it was completed online (ended up having to contact several people within the court/MCO etc and finally got approval to redo my AoS with them clarifying on my case - typical ey)
Anyways. They have stated that the case will now be referred to the Judge and "further directions on how the case will be proceeding will be sent in due course".
What are the next steps / what should I expect to happen?
Cheers as always!1 -

Hi Everybody - new update!
I have today received the letter (well, more of a package of letters) confirming my hearing date, instructions and such.
I have been reading through the NEWBIES thread as per and am looking to put together a witness statement and file evidence asap.
Frustratingly, the part that informs me of the deadline to file everything is simply "4pm on [8 weeks]." So I'm assuming they just forgot (or didn't bother) to change that from the their template letter. Is this the same deadline as the one to pay the court fee? I also noticed that the Judge ordered these proceedings almost a month ago - is it normal for it to take so long to reach me?
Also, probably a stupid question but: Does paying the hearing fee asap result in anything or does it just not matter as long as it's paid? I wouldn't think it made a difference but can never be too careful!
Any advice on this whole process would be greatly appreciated as well
Cheers as always0
