  • Afternoon!

Wanted to say my own thanks as well as the help I've gotten from everyone has been above and beyond.

Turns out Excel actually discontinued the claim on 9th August and I haven't received any correspondence from them. Typical.

Nonetheless, I have infinite gratitude towards you all - absolute heroes.

Will look to claim costs where possible.

    Cheers!!😁

They discontinued a month ago and didn't bother to notify you well that just shows how unprofessional they are.
  • I have just sent an email to the court regarding costs.

Lets hope I get some of my wasted time back

    Cheers!

We've finally had a reply from the court.

They haven't said no, but the judge is asking for a completed N244 form + fee

We expect to complete this in the next few days but posting here to gather any advice if anyone else had dealt with this before.

I assume the fee can be added to the suggested order?
    Thanks

Yes but the fee is a hefty £119 without a hearing or £303 if you want a costs hearing.  What if the Judge decides not to order costs...
