So I received this from courts who have allocated the claim to the small claims court and now require MET parking to pay the trial fee of £27 to proceed with there claim0 -

It's a pity that DJ Avent didn't take the "Preliminary Matter" of the CEL v Chan appeal judgment into account before allocating the claim. This must now be re-introduced and highlighted in the WS.1
